ISEE Tech expands its portfolio of products with SMARC platforms

ISEE Tech , specialized in Embedded Systems and focused on small industrial computers, incorporates SMARC platforms among its products. The company, based in the Polígon Can Magí of Sant Cugat del Vallès, expands its portfolio of products and services with these electronic equipment, a family of modules that follow the standard defined by the GET.

The SMARC platforms have a defined size of 82x50 mm or 82 x 80 mm, and a series of 314 pins with specific functions. They stand out for their functionality, since they allow to exchange circuits of different manufacturers or even increase the benefits with a superior model. There are several models available based on processors of families AM553x (Texas Instruments) or IMX6 (NXP).

Standard products

The main products are small computers of small industrial range. They can not be considered as a final product, since they are sold to customers as components to be used within their own circuits. These modules incorporate the control functions since they are programmable in Linux and in this way the errors and the development time are reduced. At the moment, ISEE Tech also has modules IGEP, an own mark formed by plates that need to be inserted in a circuit of expansion to be able to communicate.

In order to facilitate the development of the final product, ISEE Tech offers its customers expansion circuits that allow connecting their circuits and connectors with the main inputs and outputs needed. This allows you to evaluate the functionalities and introduce the software application without having to design a dedicated expansion board.

Bases are available for the main circuits marketed by ISEE Tech . In the case of the SMARC family, an expansion plate is sold that can be used indistinctly for all ISEE Tech products designed according to this standard.
